Erika Amegbor-Nuhoho Kingsize

Meet Amegbor-Nuhoho Erica Kingsize, known by her stage name Barbieriqa, a musician whose story is built on pain, survival, passion, and determination. Losing her parents at a very young age changed her life completely. Growing up without them was incredibly difficult, but those struggles made her stronger and gave her a deeper understanding of life that reflects in everything she creates. She spent most of her early years in Ashaiman and Tema, where she discovered her love for music. The environment, the people around her, and the experiences she went through inspired her to use music as a way to express her emotions and tell her story. Music became her comfort, her motivation, and her dream. Along the journey, she found her team Shydem Music in Ashaiman/Tema. That meeting was a turning point in her life. Bound by the same passion and vision, they began building a path toward success together. They became more than just a team, they became family. As an artist, Barbieriqa wants her music to inspire people going through hard times and remind them never to give up on their dreams.
