  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, voting activity.
  • Device data: IP address, browser type, operating system.
  • Cookies: Session management and analytics.

  • To operate and improve the Platform.
  • To process contestant registrations and manage the competition.
  • To process ticket purchases and deliver e-tickets.
  • To prevent fraud and ensure voting integrity.
  • To communicate with you about the competition and your account.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

  • Service providers: Payment processors (Hubtel), cloud hosting (Cloudflare, Vercel), email services.
  • Competition partners: Judges, broadcast partners (limited to what is necessary).
  • Legal authorities: When required by law or to protect our rights.

  • Password hashing (bcrypt with salt rounds of 12).
  • HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
  • Role-based access control for all admin operations.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Contestant data is retained for the duration of the competition and up to 2 years afterward for archival purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Object to processing of your data.

7. Children's Privacy

8. International Data Transfers
