Only the final champion receives the prize package

1. Prize Structure

Lights of Africa awards the season prize package only to the final champion of each season. Specific prize details, including the type, value, and method of distribution, will be announced by the Company at the start of the relevant season and may include cash prizes, recording or production support, media or endorsement opportunities.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for prizes, contestants must:

• Have completed a valid registration with accurate information.
• Have signed the consent and agreement form.
• Be in good standing (not disqualified for rule violations).
• Comply with all competition rules throughout the season.

3. Distribution Process

The winners is announced at the season finale event.

4. Tax Obligations

Any taxes, duties, levies, or reporting obligations relating to a prize shall be handled in accordance with applicable Ghanaian law. The Company may withhold, report, or deduct amounts where required by law.

5. Prize Substitution

The Company reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable. The winner will be notified of any substitution.

6. Disqualification

If the final champion is found, before or after prize distribution, to have violated the competition rules, these Terms, or any applicable law, the Company may revoke, suspend, withhold, or recover the prize, and may award it to the next eligible contestant at its sole discretion.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to a prize shall be resolved in accordance with the Platform's Dispute Resolution Clause.
