Ticket Sales Rules
Last updated: April 8, 2026
1. Ticket Availability
Tickets for the Lights of Africa Season Finale are available only through the official Platform or other officially authorised sales channels expressly identified by the Company. Tickets obtained from unauthorised third parties may be invalid and may not be honoured at the venue.
2. Ticket Types
Only The Final Spotlight Tickets are available, for the season finale event.
3. Purchase Process
Tickets are purchased online through the Platform using the Hubtel payment gateway or any other payment method officially made available on the checkout page. Accepted payment methods will be displayed at the time of purchase. After successful payment, the purchaser will receive a confirmation email containing the e-ticket and its QR code. A maximum of 10 tickets may be purchased in a single transaction unless otherwise stated on the Platform.
4. QR Code E-Tickets
Each ticket contains a unique QR code for entry. QR codes are single-use and will be validated at the venue entrance. Duplicate, altered, damaged, or counterfeit tickets may be rejected. Ticket holders are responsible for keeping their QR codes secure and confidential.
5. Pricing
Ticket prices are displayed on the relevant event page and include applicable taxes and charges unless otherwise stated. The Company reserves the right to change ticket prices for future sales or future events, but no price change will affect a ticket that has already been purchased and confirmed.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund within 14 business days, unless a longer period is required by the payment provider or applicable law. If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date, unless the Company offers a refund option. For voluntary user cancellations, refund requests may be accepted up to 48 hours before the event, and an administrative or processing fee of up to 10% may apply. No refund will be provided for unused tickets or no-shows. Refunds, where approved, will be made to the original payment method where practicable.
7. Resale Prohibition
Tickets may not be resold, transferred for value, or offered for resale at a price higher than the original purchase price unless expressly permitted by the Company in writing. Any ticket sold or transferred in breach of this rule may be cancelled without refund.
8. Venue Entry
Ticket holders must present a valid e-ticket or QR code for entry and may be required to present a valid photo ID or other reasonable proof of identity acceptable to the organiser. The organiser may refuse entry where a person fails to comply with venue rules, health or safety instructions, or security procedures.
